Sampling Stations & Bar Carts

Sampling Stations & Bar Carts

We design and build custom sampling stations and bar carts for agencies, brands and shopping centres across Australia. Every piece is crafted to make your brand impossible to walk past and your product impossible to resist

Built to serve. Designed to impress.

The moment someone tries your product for the first time shouldn't happen at a wobbly trestle table with a handwritten sign. That moment deserves better.

A sampling station or bar cart isn't just functional infrastructure. It's the frame around your product experience. When the setup looks cheap or rushed, it signals that the product might be too, regardless of how much care actually went into it.

We build sampling stations and bar carts for product launches, festival sampling activations, supermarket demonstrations, retail store tastings and brand experience events across Australia. Single activation or multi-location campaign, every setup is built to reflect your brand properly.

Every sampling station and bar cart we build is treated as a brand asset. Quality materials, precise joinery and attention to detail that matches the standards of the product being served. Because first impressions happen fast, and they stick.

Our crafted process

Creating a bar cart or sampling station is an important brand moment, but it doesn't have to be an anxious one. Our carefully crafted, step-by-step process (with detailed timelines, designs broken down into bite-sized pieces, to make decision making simple and easy) is designed to bring you inside the process you're usually shut out of… so instead of getting "she'll be right", you get clarity, order and reassurance… every step of the way.

01

Brief

01

Your sampling brief launches the process.

Eye-catching bar cart designs don't always align with campaign budgets, and that's part of the brand activation journey. We collaborate with you to refine the sampling station concept until the brand presentation, the budget allowance and the campaign timing all work together.
02

Plan

02

We specify everything upfront, so your bar cart isn't improvised in the workshop.

Our fabrication team documents every serving surface, branding element and storage feature while your project manager explains the build progression in easy to understand language. You'll always know what's being constructed, why material selections are made and what each phase accomplishes.
03

Production

03

Two things advance together. Bar cart fabrication and activation logistics.

While our workshop team builds your sampling station, your project manager coordinates the deployment plan with you. Venue requirements, setup schedules, staffing coordination, product supply timing. Everything is organised before your activation begins.
04

Install

04

We arrive at your activation venue ready to set up.

Your bar cart or sampling station is built and function-tested in our workshop before it reaches the activation site. We fabricate every component to brand standards, pack it securely for delivery and brief our setup crew on the placement plan. When we arrive at your venue, we get you operational quickly.
05

Pack

05

After your sampling campaign wraps, we collect and store the unit.

When your product sampling activation concludes and the campaign period ends, our team retrieves the bar cart or sampling station and returns it to our facility. You finish with a successful brand activation delivered professionally, while we handle collection and storage for your next campaign.

Questions

Find answers to
common questions.

What is a custom sampling station or bar cart?

A custom sampling station or bar cart is a branded, mobile unit designed for product sampling, beverage service, and promotional activations at events, retail locations, and experiential campaigns.

What types of sampling activations do you build for?

We build for food and beverage sampling, product launches, promotional tours, in-store activations, festival bars, mobile coffee carts, cocktail stations, and branded experiential campaigns across retail and events.

Do you build sampling stations and bar carts Australia-wide?

Yes. We design and fabricate custom sampling stations and bar carts from our Sydney workshop, then coordinate delivery, installation, and activation support for campaigns across Australia.

How long does it take to build a custom sampling station or bar cart?

Build times vary based on design complexity and functional requirements. Most custom sampling stations and bar carts require 2–8 weeks from concept approval to delivery and activation.

Can the same bar cart be reused across different campaigns?

Yes. We design bar carts and sampling stations to be durable, mobile, and adaptable. Units can be refurbished, re-branded, or updated with new graphics between campaigns.

Do you integrate fridges, taps, sinks and other functional fittings?

Yes. We integrate refrigeration, tap systems, sinks, water tanks, lighting, power supply, storage compartments, and all necessary functional fittings to make your activation fully operational on site.

How is pricing structured for a custom sampling station or bar cart?

We help you align your activation concept with budget and campaign goals, then provide a quote and build strategy covering design, functional fittings, materials, branding, and logistics.

Do you handle installation at shopping centres and event venues?

Yes. We coordinate approvals, compliance, delivery, installation, and pack-down at shopping centres, event venues, festivals, and activation sites. You get full support from arrival to departure.
