The process

Most builds go
wrong in the brief.

Most producers, brand managers and event professionals are not trained in construction... and that's completely normal. Our process is designed for exactly that, translating technical decisions into simple choices and guiding you through every stage with clarity.

What happens

Every Project is Unique, but the Proven Process that Delivers them Stays the Same.

Here's what happens after you get in touch…

Brief Deep Dive

What we do:

This is where we dig into your brief. We explore the vision, the constraints, the venue and the timeline. We ask questions to understand what success looks like and what needs to align for this to work.

What you get:

Clarity on the full scope, including potential challenges and opportunities we've spotted that you might not have considered.

Budget Alignment

What we do:

We provide early cost guidance so you can see how your concept aligns with your budget. It gives you the clarity to proceed confidently, expand the scope or make adjustments before committing time and resources to one specific approach.

What you get:

Honest numbers upfront, so you can proceed with confidence, explore upgrades or adjust scope before deciding on the finer details.

Defining the Details

What we do:

We take your brief and work out the specifics: materials, labour requirements, how we'll build it and how we'll install it. Every element gets broken down and costed so you can see exactly what's involved before anything moves forward.

What you get:

A detailed quote, confirmed scope of works and a project timeline ready for sign-off.

Fabrication & Test Build

What we do:

This is where your project gets built. Firstly we draw up all of our build plans, to make sure the build will match the render. Then every component is fabricated, quality-checked and test-assembled by our team before we pack it for transport. While all of this is happening, your dedicated project manager will be working with you to create the install schedule and strategy.

What you get:

Visibility into the build process, the confidence that everything's been tested before it reaches your site and an install plan so you know what will happen onsite.

Deliver & Install

What we do:

We brief our team on the install plan so that everyone arrives on site knowing exactly what needs to happen. Then everything arrives pre-built and ready. Our team will handle the install and then hand it over to you with a full site walk-through.

What you get:

An install team ready to go. A finished build ready to perform, and a complete site walkthrough so you know everything works and matches expectations.

Pack Down & Removal

What we do:

We coordinate pack-down at a time that works for you and the venue. Our team dismantles everything, removes it from site and leaves the space clean. Nothing gets left behind.

What you get:

A clean venue, complete removal and peace of mind that nothing's been left for you to deal with.

Craft,
Not Cowboys.

Most stress in custom builds comes from one place: things being left to interpretation. When concept sketches get handed to the workshop without detailed planning, the finished build rarely matches what the client expected. That's where the heartbreak happens.

We plan everything in advance. We talk through the details with you, create comprehensive build drawings from those conversations and give our team a crystal-clear plan to follow. Nothing gets made up on site. Nothing gets left to chance. The result? What arrives onsite matches the render.

One Dedicated Project Lead

Clear communication is everything. You'll work with one dedicated project lead from quote approval to handover, making sure nothing gets lost in translation and everything stays on track.

Complete Build Documentation

Every build gets detailed technical drawings that show our team exactly what to fabricate. No guesswork, no interpretation, just a clear plan that ensures the finished build matches your expectations.

Installed by the Team Who Built It

The team that builds your project in the workshop is the same team that installs it on site. They know the build inside out, so installation is faster, smoother and stress-free.
