Yes. Just check with your centre or venue first, as some have requirements around what can be placed on or around hire furniture.
The table doesn’t have built-in storage, but at 750mm high there’s plenty of clearance underneath to position additional items, boxes or storage solutions during your activation.
Yes. We can arrange branding on the table surface, and we can also help with additional signage if needed.
The table has a weight capacity of 25kg. If you’re planning a particularly heavy display, get in touch and we’ll advise.
Our display tables are approximately 1800mm long x 750mm deep x 750mm high.
Yes. Multiple tables placed end to end create a longer service or display run. Let us know how many you need and we’ll confirm availability.
Our coffee carts are popular and availability moves quickly. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your dates.
Yes. The canopy comes off easily for venues with clearance restrictions, or if you prefer the look of just the base cart without it.
Yes. There are two open shelves at the back of the cart that provide ample storage for cups, lids and other supplies throughout the day.
Yes. There’s a large brandable area on the canopy and front face of the cart. Your menu or signage can be incorporated into the branding, or you can arrange your own add-on signage separately.
Yes. The 1.5m benchtop gives a barista everything they need to work properly, space for the machine, grinder, milk and whatever else is part of the setup.
No. We don’t supply baristas directly. We’re happy to recommend suppliers who can provide a full package including a coffee machine, beans and barista. Get in touch and we’ll point you in the right direction.
No. The cart hire includes the cart only. You’ll need to source your own coffee machine, grinder and beans separately. We’re happy to recommend suppliers if needed.
Yes. The 1.5m benchtop gives you plenty of room for a proper bar layout, including garnishes, glassware and ice. Keep it organised and the cart handles a full service setup without issue.
If you’re serving alcohol, yes. RSA requirements apply and are your responsibility to manage. For non-alcoholic beverages, standard service applies. Check with your venue on any specific requirements.
No. Glassware, ice and bar consumables are not included. You’ll need to supply these separately.
No. The cart hire covers the cart only. You’ll need to source and supply your own beverages and bar equipment.
Yes. The canopy detaches completely, making it easy to set up in venues with height restrictions or where a more open look suits the space better.
The food cart’s 1.5m benchtop is set up for two people to work comfortably.
It depends on your location and what you’re serving. For shopping centre activations, the centre will typically manage food service approvals. For other locations, check with your local council.
No. The cart is not fitted with refrigeration. If you need chilled storage for your product, you’ll need to provide a separate esky or cool storage solution on site.

Yes. The cart works just as well for sampling as it does for retail. It’s a flexible setup that suits a wide range of activation formats.
Yes. The canopy is fully removable so you can use just the base if you prefer a lower-profile setup or have venue clearance restrictions.
Our racks are available in white and black.
Each rack has a weight capacity of 150kg, so it can handle a full load with ease.
Yes. The wheels lock so the rack stays exactly where you need it once you’ve positioned it.
Yes. Our clothing racks and portable change rooms are designed to work together. Many of our clothing hire setups include both.
No. Hangers are not included with the rack hire. You’ll need to bring your own.
Our plinths are constructed from white melamine.
Yes. Branding can be applied to all surfaces of the plinth, including the top. For a clean, cost-effective option, branding a single side still delivers strong impact and is a popular choice for most activations.
Yes. Multiple plinths work well together to create a tiered display or showcase a range of hero products across your footprint.
Each plinth has a weight capacity of 30kg. If you’re displaying something particularly heavy, get in touch and we’ll advise on the best setup.
Our standard plinth is 500 x 500 x 900mm. Get in touch if you need a different configuration and we’ll advise on options.
Yes. If your activation needs multiple fitting rooms, we can accommodate that. Let us know how many you need when you enquire.
Yes. We can custom fabricate a branded or different coloured curtain to match your activation. Get in touch and we’ll talk through the options.
Each change room has a 1.2m x 1.2m footprint, making it easy to plan into most activation layouts.
Yes. All change rooms come with an acrylic mirror included.
Yes. The frame is straightforward to put together and a setup guide is included. If you’d prefer us to handle installation and pack-down, we can arrange that too.
Very. The curtain is blockout and the ceiling panel is frosted, so customers can change with full confidence regardless of the surrounding environment.
We currently only offer retractable bollards in our hire range. Get in touch and we’ll help you find a solution that works for your setup.
Yes. All bollards meet retail and event safety standards and are pre-approved for shopping centre use.
The retractable strips cannot be branded.
The poles are silver and the retractable strips are black.
Each bollard gives you 1m of barrier. You’ll need one extra to anchor the final retractable strip. Share your layout with us and we’ll advise on the right quantity.
Absolutely. The cabinet works just as well unbranded. If you want to add branding, ask us and we’ll walk you through the options.
The cabinet benchtop has a weight capacity of 50kg. If you need to place something heavier, get in touch and we can advise.
The internal shelf is great for organising a range of items. If you need to store something larger, the shelf can be easily removed to free up the full cabinet space.
Yes. Our tiered risers are designed to pair with the cabinet to create additional display levels on top. They come in two configurations: single-sided or flyover. Ask us about adding these to your order. Otherwise, the cabinet counters are a great display surface on their own.
Yes. The cabinet has lockable doors and an internal adjustable shelf so you can keep stock secure and organised.
The lockable drawer is handy for keeping smaller items secure and out of sight during your activation.
No. The units are built to stand safely by themselves, so no wall anchoring is needed.
Yes. Hiring a set of shelves and placing them side by side creates a practical, fully branded merchandising wall. Let us know how many you need and we’ll confirm availability.
Each shelf has a weight capacity of 10kg. If you’re displaying heavier items, get in touch and we’ll advise on the right setup for you.
If you’re after a tiered display on a cabinet surface rather than a freestanding shelving unit, our tiered risers might be a better fit. Ask us and we’ll help you work out which option suits your display best.
Yes. All three shelves are adjustable so you can configure them to suit the height of your products.
Yes. Custom branding can be applied to the floor surface and is a great way to make your space feel more unique to your brand. It’s one of the most effective ways to reinforce your identity across every centimetre of your footprint.
Yes. The aluminium ramp runs around the full perimeter and is required for every installation. It allows customers to step onto the floor safely and includes ‘mind your step’ labelling.
No. Our flooring is designed for indoor use only.
Yes. Our sub-floor system means you can run power cords to any part of your setup without them being visible or creating a trip hazard on the floor surface.
Full setup instructions can be provided, or our team can take care of installation and pack-down for you.
Yes. If your footprint doesn’t match a standard size, we can configure a custom floor to suit. Just share your site dimensions.

Yes. The counter has lockable sliding doors underneath the benchtop, keeping your stock, devices and valuables secure throughout the day.
Power access is built into the counter design for EFTPOS, laptop and tap-and-go devices. You’ll need to connect to a power source at your venue.
Yes. Many activations use two or more counters, especially for busier events or longer hire periods.
No. Walls and flooring connect together, so all wall configurations need to be completed with our flooring system.
No. Our walls and all hire furniture are designed for indoor use only.
Our standard hire walls are 1m high. If you need something taller, we can custom build to suit. Get in touch and we’ll talk through your options.
Yes. All exterior-facing surfaces of the wall can be branded, giving you maximum visibility from every angle.
Yes. The 1m x 1m panels slot together so you can extend the wall longer than this. Let us know your site dimensions and we’ll advise on the right configuration.
Standard delivery and collection is Monday to Friday, 8am to 3pm. After-hours options are available for setups and pack-downs that need to happen outside these times.
We offer a number of delivery options to suit your needs, including click and collect from our Punchbowl warehouse. We’ll talk through what works best for your setup when we confirm your order.
Mainly Sydney, but we can freight to other locations at your cost, or you’re welcome to click and collect from our Punchbowl warehouse.

Yes. We can arrange branding application as part of your hire. You can supply your own artwork or we can arrange design at an additional cost. Artwork needs to be provided at least 2 weeks before your hire start date, and we’ll send through a branding guide with dimensions once your order is confirmed.

Our standard hire covers up to 7 days. Items can be returned earlier at no extra charge. For longer hires, get in touch and we’ll provide a custom quote.
Our minimum order value is $800 ex GST. This covers item preparation, scheduling and the work that goes into every order behind the scenes.
