An expo stand is your chance to own the room, but it doesn't have to be an anxious process. Our carefully crafted, step-by-step process (with detailed timelines, designs broken down into bite-sized pieces, to make decision making simple and easy) is designed to bring you inside the process you're usually shut out of… so instead of getting "she'll be right", you get clarity, order and reassurance… every step of the way.

Brief

Your expo brief sets the direction.

Compelling stand designs don't always align with exhibition budgets, and that's expected. We collaborate with you to evolve the concept until the stand impact, the available budget and the event schedule work together seamlessly.

Plan

We detail everything in advance, so your stand isn't built on assumptions.

Our technical team documents every structural element and graphic detail while your project manager keeps you informed in language that's easy to understand. You'll always know what's being fabricated, why design decisions are happening and what each stage delivers.

Production

Two things progress together. Stand fabrication and exhibition logistics.

While our fabrication crew builds your expo stand in the workshop, your project manager coordinates the exhibition plan with you. Venue regulations, bump-in schedules, freight logistics, exhibitor compliance. Everything is confirmed well before the exhibition opens.

Install

We arrive at the exhibition hall ready to install.

Your stand is fully tested in our workshop before it ever reaches the expo floor. We assemble every component to verify it works perfectly, transport it securely to the venue and brief our installation crew on the complete setup. By the time we're on the exhibition floor, all we need to do is set it up.

Pack

After the exhibition closes, we manage complete pack-down and removal.

Once the expo ends and the floor empties, our crew returns to break down your stand and clear everything from the venue. You walk away with a successful exhibition delivered precisely as planned, while we handle all the cleanup.
